As we were exploring, we went separate ways and respected the long untouched graves of those who had died hundreds of years ago. It was darker here. The ancient Oaks had reached magnificent heights, shading the damp earth and making the scene even more bizarre as we were witness to hand-made gravestones now toppled by unseen movements in the earth.
