Welcome to Bear Mountain's Heirloom Bear Page, where you'll find information about some very special bears. The Heirloom Bears are made from your coats and stoles that have been gathering dust in attics and closets. Grandma's mink or mother's fox stole can be transformed into priceless Family Heirlooms for all to cuddle and enjoy.

Each collectible, handcrafted family heirloom bear is made from your unused fur coat, jacket or stole.

The Heirloom Bears are treasured possessions which can be handed down from generation to generation, and increase in both value and sentiment. These bears are ideal gifts with family history from mother to child, grandmother to grandchild, husband to wife, or aunt to niece or nephew.

These individually hand-crafted bears are personally made by Kathy Bindert and, due to a busy schedule, please allow 120 days for your bears to be created. (Special consideration can be given for rush orders)

Your handcrafted bears will have child-safe eyes, nose, and fully jointed in arms, legs and head.
